  Easy Threading with Automatic Needle Threader

  Threading the needle is a breeze with the built-in Automatic Needle Threader! Not only is it a great time-saver, but it eliminates eye strain when placing the thread into the needle. The threader pulls a thread loop through the needle’s eye. When you release the lever, just pull the loop and you’re done. You’ll wonder what you ever did without it!

  

  Programmable Needle Up/Down

  With the Programmable Needle Up/Down feature, you can choose to have your needle in either the up or down position when you stop sewing. Leave it off if you want the needle to stop in the up position. With a simple touch of the button, your needle will stop in the down position making it easy to pivot corners, sew appliques and more. Programmable Needle Up/Down is a must-have feature, especially for quilters and fashion sewers!

  

  Automatic Stitch Length & Width

  When you choose a stitch on the SINGER® 7285Q quilting & sewing machine, the optimum stitch length and width are automatically set for you. If you want to customize the length of a stitch press the down arrow to make it shorter or press the up arrow to make it longer. If you want to customize the width of a stitch touch the right arrow to make it wider or the left arrow to make it narrower. You'll start sewing faster with the automatic stitch length & width.

  

  Variable Speed Control

  The SINGER® 7285Q features a Speed Control function. When sewing with the foot controller, you can use the Speed Control Lever to set the maximum sewing speed you want for your projects. It's great when want more control for projects like appliqué and other surface embellishment techniques. For even more flexibility you can even sew without the foot controller. Simply unplug the foot controller then press the Start / Stop Button to begin sewing. Use the Speed Control Lever to set the sewing speed where ever you want it. To stop sewing, just press the Start / Stop Button again. Convenience at the touch of a button.

  

  Canvas Dust Cover Included

  The SINGER® 7285Q comes with a Canvas Dust Cover to keep your machine protected from dust and lint when not in use. The cover is made of a durable material and includes pocket in the back for storing your extension table so it's available when you need it. Protect your machine and extension table and keep them dust-free with this perfectly-sized
